I recently started watching a show called HunterXHunter again, finally got past the story ark that I had left off on...And I felt the need to tell you guys something. When writing an antagonist for a story, make sure they have redeeming qualities. I know this is a pretty obvious rule, but it's something that this show drove home...because whoever wrote the antagonist of the Chimera Ant story ark in HxH, really flipping knows how to write characters.
